tin's project

hello, friends! i'm tin -- and thank you for visiting my website!

i am a graduate student at Vanderbilt Univ. and a member of the Education & Brain Research Lab, where i work under the mentorship of Laurie E. Cutting and along with a lot of brilliant and kind minds.

my passions lie within seeking ways to support children with learning difficulties and/or from under-served communities. and,  my research asks questions about the brain and cognitive differences in children from various socioeconomic circumstances.

​

i am also interested in translating scientific ideas and abstract thoughts into visual arts... so here we are!

in this website, you will find a selection of my arts of varying media, including pastel and chalk, watercolor and paint, and graphite and color pencil.

some artworks are for sale (as indicated), while others have been sold. i hope to share children's book writing and illustration designs soon!
